Villa Serenity is located in the higher reaches of Islamlar Village. This impressive villa has five large bedrooms and a capacity for 10 guests. With the use of additional available beds this capacity may be increased to 16, without feeling overcrowded.

Set in a beautiful wooded area, the lack of other buildings nearby and being enclosed by a large perimeter wall gives this property a high level of privacy and peacefulness.

The main pool is enormous, being some 20 x 9 metres in size, and has plenty of different areas around it for guests to relax. In particular there is a beautiful sunken seating area within the pool, somewhere to sip a sundowner and let all your stress float away.

The children’s/indoor pool (6 x 3 metres, depth 90cm), sits middle front of the villa, can be fully enclosed by glass doors and has a hydromassage feature. It can be heated in the cooler months of the year, thus making it a suitable option for guests wishing to visit during the low season. Please ask for more details regarding heating charges.

The property is fully air-conditioned, has wi-fi internet throughout and ample parking space.
The villa is located some 11 km from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan and 3 km for the centre of the village. While some local restaurants and grocers do provide a free delivery service it would be necessary for guests to have the use of a vehicle whilst staying in this property in our opinion.

Ground Floor – Villa Serenity

The accommodation comprises a spacious lounge, kitchen, dining area and one double bedroom on the ground floor, with the other 4 bedrooms on the upper floors.

The simple but stylish lounge has a large comfortable sofa group, coffee table and flat screen TV. The modern well-equipped kitchen has everything necessary for guests to enjoy their stay including plenty of refrigerator space, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The hob is located on the kitchen island which also has a breakfast bar which seats three on stools.

A utility room with a washing machine is located adjacent to the entrance. The kitchen moves seamlessly into a bright and airy dining area which seats 8 and looks out over the pool terrace.

First Floor – Villa Serenity

Three double bedrooms are located on this floor. Each of them have access to furnished balconies with spectacular views out across Islamlar Valley and ensuite bathrooms.

Second Floor – Villa Serenity

Here there are two more bedrooms, one double and one twin, again each with ensuite bathrooms and access to their own private furnished roof terraces.

Outdoors – Villa Serenity

Villa Serenity’s outdoor space is second to none. The enormous pool terrace has an al fresco dining area for 10, a shady roofed seating area adjacent to the pool, plenty of sunbeds, parasols, a BBQ, hammock, table tennis and some play equipment for small children. Basically an ideal location for a wonderful holiday for large families or groups of friends of all ages.

The massive outdoor pool is some 20 x 9 metres and has a depth of 1.5 metres. The sunken seating area within the pool is one of its major features and provides an ideal location for relaxation.
