Villa Setara is one of two virtually identical luxury 4-bedroom villas in Kalkan’s popular Komurluk district, very near the sea and three of Kalkan’s many beach clubs. The other being Villa Afsana, which is adjacent to Villa Setara, and both of which are within a 10-15 minutes walk from Kalkan’s Old Town and the Public Beach. Designed in a contemporary style, full-height glazing has been utilised to take maximum advantage of the stunning views out to sea and across the Bay to the town itself. Bright splashes of colour provided by the modern artwork contrast beautifully with the otherwise simple but stylish cool white interiors and sumptuous furnishings.  

The accommodation features 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that can sleep up to 8 people, a roof terrace, and sea and mountain views. Whilst the bedrooms are normally configured to be two double and two twins it is possible for the twin bedrooms to be made up as doubles if required.  

Ground Floor – Villa Setara

A gorgeous open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, a separate communal cloakroom and the first of the four bedrooms occupy the ground floor. The double height living space is decorated in a modern style with a large cream coloured sofa set, strategically positioned to take full advantage of the views, large coffee table, full length mirror and a large flat screen Smart tv (Netflix and Amazon Prime available), and a top-notch sound system.  

The kitchen-dining area is beautifully furnished with a dining table that seats eight people, and is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, water cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and a gas hob with electric oven.  

The first of the villa’s four bedrooms is located on this floor.  Normally a twin, the single beds can also be configured as a double if preferred. This bedroom has an ensuite shower room and direct access to the side of the pool terrace.  

First Floor – Villa Setara  

The huge master bedroom, which has a queen-size bed, occupies virtually all of this floor. Approximately 40 square metres in area it has a luxurious free-standing Jacuzzi bath and furnished balcony from which to soak up uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains. This bedroom features a large en-suite shower room enclosed by glass, with twin wash hand basins and a separate dressing area.  

There is also a utility room on this floor which houses the villa’s washing machine, tumble dryer, travel cot and highchair.  

Second Floor – Villa Setara

The third and fourth bedrooms are located on this floor, and both share a large furnished full sea view balcony.  

One of the rooms can be set up as a double or twin and the other has a king size bed. Both have dressing areas, en-suite bathrooms, dressing area and en-suite bathrooms.  Both bedrooms have magnificent views of the sea and mountains.  

Top Floor – Villa Setara 

The villa’s generous-sized roof terrace with excellent sea views is located on this floor. Here guests can enjoy relaxing on the wrought-iron sofas whilst sipping a sundowner and enjoying the magnificent sunsets across the Bay. A separate kitchenette with fridge and sink are also on this floor.

Bedroom 1 Twin bedroom that can be made up as a double if required, with en-suite shower room and pool terrace access.  

Bedroom 2 Master bedroom, approximately 40 square metres in area, queen size bed, with free-standing jacuzzi bath, large glass-enclosed shower room with twin wash hand basins and a large furnished sea view balcony.  

Bedroom 3 Twin bedroom that can be made up as a double if required, with a dressing area, en-suite bathroom with twin wash hand basins, jacuzzi bath with shower attachment and shared furnished sea view balcony.  

Bedroom 4 Double bedroom with king size bed, dressing area, en-suite shower room and shared furnished sea view balcony.  

Outdoors – Villa Setara

Villa Setara has a large pool terrace which is in full sunshine for virtually all day. The infinity pool is some 9.5 by 3 metres in dimensions with a depth of 1.2 to 1.7 metres. The pool is divided into two zones, one a very shallow area where sun loungers may be placed, and the other an area for swimming. There is a seating ledge within the swimming area where guests may sit and enjoy an hydro-massage from the jacuzzi jets too! Six sun loungers, three parasols, an outdoor sofa lounging area, and an al fresco shady dining area which seats 8 and has an adjacent BBQ, are all strategically located on the pool terrace to maximise enjoyment of the views and outdoor living.  

For those guests venturing further afield it takes roughly 10–12 minutes to make your way down a footpath to the pebbly public beach, and literally a few minutes to stroll to either the well-known Palm Beach Club, or one of the two new beach clubs, Zest Beach Club and Denizim Beach Club, which are all located below the villa. Once there, you can have a delicious lunch, partake in some water sports, or simply relax on the wooden sundeck overlooking the sea while soaking up the rays. These beach clubs also have water taxis which guests can use that take you to and from the harbour in the Old Town.
