Set in the desirable Kalamar area it is a leisurely 10 minute walk to the very popular Kalamar Bay beach club and is approximately a 25 minute walk into the centre of Kalkan. Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced if you don’t fancy the walk back. However, over the years the this area now caters for visitors staying in this part of Kalkan with many restaurants and supermarkets about 10 minutes away. 

The Villa has been designed to make the most of the natural light with floor to ceiling glass frontage which when open extends the open plan living space into the outside. Kalamar bay is renowned for its sea and mountain views and this Villa does not disappoint in making the most of these.

The open plan living space comprises of a comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV and media centre, a dining area with room for 8 guests and a kitchen area with breakfast bar. As you would expect from a luxury villa the kitchen is modern with all the appliances you would want such as: oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Separate from this area is a utility room which is equipped with a washing machine and sink. Glass doors provide access to the pool terrace. 

Additionally on this floor is a double en-suite bedroom fully furnished with a wall mounted television. Set on ground floor level with access to the pool terrace through glass doors. 

First Floor – Villa Ship Ahoy

This floor is dedicated to the remaining 3 en-suite bedrooms with balcony’s and fabulous sea views. Perfect to enjoy your morning coffee and get ready for the day. All en-suites have travertine marble floors. 

Bedroom 1: Master double suite fully furnished with wall mounted television. Walk in shower with twin shower heads and a jacuzzi bath.  

Bedroom 2: double bedroom fully furnished with wall mounted television. Walk in shower with twin shower heads.

 The pool terrace with amazing sea and mountain views is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, relaxing with a book and al fresco dining. The large infinity pool measuring approximately 9.5 metres x 3.5 metres (1.7 metres deep) is complimented by 8 sun loungers, a pergola covered seating area and an additional pergola covered dining area which offers seating for 8 guests.  

Roof Terrace – Villa Ship Ahoy

Furnished with rattan furniture, a breakfast bar and a stone purpose built BBQ makes this space perfect for entertaining or when you just want to stay close to home. As you would expect it affords amazing views and a lovely spot to watch the sun set.
