First Floor – Villa Simena

Stairs lead up to the first floor which is dedicated to a fantastic double en-suite master bedroom with balcony and partial sea views. A further rear terrace with seating, jacuzzi with picture window, walk-in wardrobe and smart TV. The rear terrace can also be accessed by a door on the landing.

Second Floor – Villa Simena

Stairs lead up to the second floor which is dedicated to another large double en-suite bedroom. Set under an apex ceiling (height restrictions in some areas), this room is equipped with a kitchenette including fridge, sink, kettle and toaster. A door leads onto a good size roof terrace with lovely sea views and is well equipped for sunbathing and dining, perfect for those wanting privacy and to enjoy the sunsets.

Lower Ground Floor – Villa Simena (Pool level)

Steps lead down to what could be ideal for a second family on the lower ground floor area. There is a separate lounge with sofa, coffee table, tv, cot and workstation. A mini kitchen with under counter fridge, sink, coffee machine, kettle and toaster is great for anyone spending the day around the pool. There are also 2 en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a family room with two king size beds is also on this level and all rooms lead onto the pool terrace.

On this level there is a utility room with washing machine, separate tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and storage cupboards. For everyone’s enjoyment, there is a mini ping pong table.
