Ground Floor – Villa Simurg 

The entrance to Villa Simurg is approached by a short flight of steps. On entering a modern, light and airy open plan living area greets you on the ground floor with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating an electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, Turkish coffee machine and toaster, and a kitchen island with a built-in gas hob.  

With floor to ceiling large glass windows/doors, the view from the comfortable lounge looks out onto the pool terrace. The lounge includes an L-shaped sofa and smart TV, and there is an indoor dining table with 6 chairs. Added comfort and convenience for guests comes from Air conditioning and wi-fi throughout.

First Floor – Villa Simurg 

Wide stairs (no handrail) lead up to the first floor where there are 2 en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Both bedrooms benefit from a shared balcony, with chairs and a coffee table. 

Second Floor – Simurg 

Wide stairs (no handrail) lead up to the second floor which is dedicated to the double en-suite master bedroom. Sliding doors lead onto the roof terrace offering full sunshine and good sea views, perfect for those wanting privacy and to enjoy romantic sunsets.  

The landing of this level is also a utility area containing a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside – Villa Simurg 

The villa’s pool terrace has been tastefully furnished, featuring an outdoor dining area with an adjacent built-in BBQ and a comfortable seating group under a shady pergola, providing the perfect setting for al-fresco living and dining.   

The terrace comprises a larger than usual  pool measuring 12 x 3.30m (1.40m deep) with step ladder access. 4 sunbeds, 2 side tables and 2 parasols are on the pool terrace .  

There is on street parking available adjacent to the villa..  

Things to note  

Villa Muhil, located directly in front of Villa Simurg, is of similar style and capacity and shares the same access from the street. Thus making a good option for guests interested in renting multiple villas simultaneously.
