Villa Sirovanta is a modern and spacious villa located above Kalkan in Incebel and close to the LaVanta complex. Accommodating up to 4 guests, and all on one level, there are two spacious en-suite bedrooms, both of which are doubles and fully air-conditioned.

The open plan living area is modern and spacious, offering ample space for relaxation. The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating plus large flat screen TV. From here, you have access to a large terrace that is perfect for shared meals or unwinding with a glass of wine. 

The fully equipped kitchen is modern and features a lovely island with hob, plus integrated appliances. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy meals together. 

The en-suite double bedrooms are on the same level as the lounge and kitchen and are fully air-conditioned. Both open out onto the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1 – Double en-suite bedroom with jacuzzi, fully air-conditioned and opens out onto the poolside terraces. 

Bedroom 2 –  Double en-suite bedroom, fully air-conditioned and opens out onto the poolside terraces. 

Outdoors – Villa Sirovanta

The sea view pool and terrace area is really superb. The pool has a lovely shallow area with double sunbeds, where you can dip your toes in the cool water. Roman walk-in steps allow for access into the main pool. Pool is 12 x 3.5m and 1.5m deep.  

The spacious terrace incorporates sunbeds, comfy sofa set to relax with a book and glass of wine, and a dining table to seat 6.  

Although there is a roof terrace, however it is unfurnished. The property manager lives below the villa.
