Villa Tara – Ground Floor

Downstairs comprises a large lounge and open plan kitchen with a dining bar. There is a three piece suite and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge freezer. A downstairs WC which also houses the washing machine.

There is air-conditioning downstairs and a TV which can get most channels.

Villa Tara – First Floor

A short winding staircase to the first floor takes you to the two bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 – has a double bed with an en suite bathroom (shower and toilet and sink).

Bedroom 2 – has two single beds with an en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet and sink).

Both bedrooms have doors leading to a shared balcony with a table and chairs and a great view of the bay and the mountains.

Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Villa Tara – Top Floor

Another winding staircase takes you up to the second floor (balcony area) with stunning views of the bay and mountains. This area is furnished with a couch, chairs and table with some shading from a canvas covering.

Outside

French windows from the lounge lead into the garden with the pool, which is just for the villa.  The pool is approximately 1.6m deep with steps leading in at both ends. There is pool furniture outside and a dining table in a covered patio area.

The pool is cleaned every morning. The garden is maintained all year round and has a selection of colourful flowering plants and a couple of trees.

Villa Tara – Location

The villa is situated on a hill in Upper Kiziltas, overlooking splendid views of Kalkan bay from every angle of the property. It is a 10 minute drive up into the start of the mountains and a 5 minute drive down to Kalkan beach. A 15 minute walk down the hill takes you into Kalkan village with many restaurants and shops. It would take about 25 minutes to walk to the centre of Kalkan. Taxis however are plentiful.

From the centre of Kalkan it is a further 5 minute walk to Kalkan bay which has a pebble beach and offers excellent swimming.

Three flights of stairs up from the villa is a small shop, a supermarket, restaurant and a butcher. The nearest sandy beach is Patara – a 10 minute drive away.
