Villa Therapy is a stylish 3-bedroomed villa accommodating 6 guests and set over 2 floors located in an elevated position in Kalkan’s Kordere area, with awe-inspiring views over Kalkan Bay. The Kordere area probably has the very best sunset views available in Kalkan and the villa makes the most of them. 

The villa features a generous sized outdoor pool offering privacy and an indoor pool with a heating option.  

The villa has contemporary interior design, comfortable furnishings, is located  a mere 5-7 minute drive from the centre(2.5 km). The villa benefits from close proximity to two supermarkets and a grocery shop, located just 300 metres away, for guests to procure their daily necessities.  

A covered parking area accommodating two cars is situated adjacent to the villa. Access to the villa involves descending around 35 steps or utilising a steep ramp. 

Ground Floor – Villa Therapy

With open plan living and a cool feel, the fully fitted modern kitchen incorporates an integrated electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, Turkish coffee machine and Turkish toaster. There is an indoor dining area with table and 6 chairs, and adjacent is a comfortable lounge with L-shaped sofa and smart TV. 

Sliding doors lead out onto a terrace which has a dining area set beneath a covered pergola, built in BBQ, and sofa seating with good sea views. 

A twin en-suite bedroom can also be found on this level with frosted glass doors leading into the en-suite. 

On this level there is also a guest WC, and utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. 

First Floor – Villa Therapy

Stairs lead up from the lounge to an area which incorporates an indoor pool measuring 3 x 2.3m (90cm deep). A seating ledge within the pool invites you to relish in a hydro massage while enjoying the splendid sea views.

During cooler months, the indoor pool can be heated for an additional fee, payable in cash upon arrival. This provision renders the villa an excellent choice for those seeking to visit during the colder seasons. It’s important to note that the pool’s heating maintains it at around 28 degrees Celsius, contingent on the ambient air temperature, so it’s not considered ‘hot’.

Guests desiring pool heating should inform us at least 2 days before their check-in to ensure the pool reaches the optimal temperature by their arrival. 

Also on this level are 2 further en-suite bedrooms, both of which are doubles. Both have floor to ceiling glass doors which lead onto a shared balcony with excellent sea out views.

Outdoors – Villa Therapy

Sliding doors from the lounge lead onto the outdoor pool terrace which features a private pool measuring 11 x 4m (1.5m deep) with a  jacuzzi/children’s pool area and shallow platform in the pool for sunbeds. 

The terrace is well equipped with 6 sunbeds, side tables, comfortable seating, and good sea views. There is also an outdoor dining area for 6 under a covered pergola with an adjacent built-in BBQ. A table tennis table is located at the rear of the villa adjacent to the main entrance. 

The pool is secluded on each side by metal louvred screens, making here a good choice for those guests looking for a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons.
