Villa Toros is an exceptional and spacious architect-designed 5 bedroom villa perched on the hillside above Kalkan in its Kizitas district. Sleeping 10 guests in its 4 double and 1 twin bedrooms, it has a myriad of outdoor spaces from which to enjoy the magnificent sea views and is decorated with a multitude of beautiful artefacts that give it a truly luxurious and original atmosphere.

The infinity pool, sun terraces and shaded al fresco dining area are surrounded by a mature garden with fruit trees and colourful shrubs that provides a very private and relaxing ambience in which guests can soak up the panoramic sea views.

On entering Villa Toros’ guests are confronted with its most impressive feature, a double-height atrium space with ful-height glazing and mezzanine floors all looking out over the stunning panorama beyond. The property is literally full of obje d’arte which add to the villa’s already unique style.

Vila Toros is approximately 5 minutes drive from the centre of Kalkan and its many excellent eateries, and has parking space for 6 vehicles adjacent to its entrance.

Ground Floor – Villa Toros

This floor’s accommodation comprises an entrance hall with adjacent cloakroom and the enormous glazed open-plan living space. This light-filled space incorporates a lounge area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, hanging seat, Ercol chairs, a coffee table and fireplace. Four sets of large sliding / folding doors allow an easy transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces, continuing the same ambience around the pool terrace and seating area.

An adjacent circular living area with cushion seating is reached by stone steps and has a large 65″ flat-screen TV, Netflix, and Digibox, which has all UK channels (including Sky, BT, and those for most other countries), as well as books, games, and DVDs.

The kitchen and dining area are up a few more steps, the dining area being furnished with a huge rustic dining table for 10, providing an ideal place to dine whilst enjoying the same sea views. The large open-plan modern kitchen is excellently equipped with all the necessary appliances including an integrated oven and microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, kettle and UK toaster.

Lower Ground Floor – Villa Toros

Approached by means of a stone staircase this room is charmingly furnished with two double beds and has separate dressing / wardrobe are to its rear and ensuite bathroom.

A games room is also to be found on this level. Being equipped with table tennis, table football, a TV screen (with a DVD player and an HDMI connection for streaming entertainment; live TV is not accessible), chairs, and tables.it provides an excellent environment for those wishing an alternative to chilling out by the pool.

A utility room with washing machine is also located on this floor.

First Floor – Villa Toros

Two double ensuite bedrooms are located on this floor and are accessed from the large mezzanine landing overlooking the main atrium space. The spacious master bedroom is furnished with an extra large 2 metre wide bed and a small comfortable seating area from which guests may enjoy excellent pool and sea views from the large bay window. This bedroom also has a separate dressing to the rear and an ensuite ‘wetroom’ style bathroom.

The second double bedroom on this floor is located to the rear and has an ensuite shower room and large furnished balcony with mountain views.

Second Floor – Villa Toros

An open tread staircase leads to the second floor and to a beautiful roof terrace furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs- an ideal spot for enjoying the magnificent Kalkan sunsets. Two double bedrooms are also located here. Each has an ensuite shower room, hanging space and excellent sea views. One has limited headroom is some areas due to being located under the eaves.

Bedroom 1 – Located on the lower ground floor. Two double beds, full length mirror, separate dressing area, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower attachment.

Bedroom 2 – Located on the first floor. 2 metre wide bed, full length mirror, large bay window with seating area, ensuite wetroom style shower room. Sea views.

Bedroom 3- Located on the first floor. Double bed an ensuite shower room. Furnished mountain view balcony.

Bedroom 4 – Located on the second floor. King size bed, sofa, hanging rail, ensuite shower room. Direct access to communal furnished sea view roof terrace.

Bedroom 5 – Located on the second floor. King size bed, two armchairs, hanging rail, ensuite shower room. Direct access to communal furnished sea view roof terrace.

Outdoors – Villa Toros

Villa Toros’ benefits from a good selection of different seating/sunbathing areas. Roman steps lead into the private infinity pool which is some 9.75 by 4.5 metres in dimensions, with a shallow section its depth ranges from 1.13 to 1.6 metres. Ten teak cushioned sunbeds, four umbrellas, a comfortable rattan seating group and coffee table provide ample furnishing to pool terrace.
Located under a shady pergola, a large dining table for 10 with adjacent stone-built barbeque, provides a magnificent setting for enjoying alfresco meals and refreshments.
