Villa Tranquillity is aptly named due to its peaceful and relaxing location in the village of Islamlar, just a 10-minute drive from Kalkan. This magnificent 6-bedroom villa is set in a generous size plot surrounded by olive groves and nature with wonderful valley views and is ideal for families or friends looking for a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons. The property accommodates up to 12 guests, is set over 4 floors, has a substantial freshwater pool and wonderful outside spaces to relax in, including a roof terrace with far reaching sea and mountain views.

Entrance Floor – Villa Tranquillity

A gravel driveway leads up to Villa Tranquillity where there is plenty of private parking. Double doors open into the villa, which is elegantly furnished throughout, with beautifully traditional touches and generously sized which is evident the minute you step inside.

A light and airy open plan living area greets you inside Villa Tranquillity with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster. There is also a central kitchen island, and a dining area adjacent to the kitchen which seats 8 guests.

The lounge area provides plenty of comfortable seating, a decorative feature fireplace, LED satellite TV and fabulous views out across the pool terrace and beyond. Additionally the villa has air-conditioning and wi-fi throughout.

A stone staircase leads you to the upper floors where 4 of the bedrooms can be found or down another staircase to the remaining 2 bedrooms.

Ground Floor – Villa Tranquility

On the ground floor two of the beautifully presented bedrooms can be found. The first is a twin room with en-suite which has direct access on the pool terrace. The second is a double also with direct access to the pool and garden, and guests staying in this room have use of the adjacent bathroom which also serves as a ground floor WC.

Second Floor – Villa Tranquility

The stone staircase leads up to the first floor, where you will find 3 further beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms. The first of which is the master bedroom featuring a bathtub with picture windows providing picturesque views, this room also benefits from a large balcony with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the vista.

A further double with large balcony boasts wonderful sea and mountain views, and a finally a twin room which also has views of the mountains and surrounding area.

Third Floor and Roof Terrace – Villa Tranquility

The final twin bedroom can be found on this level, please note there is no bathroom or WC on this level so guests staying in this room would need to use the facilities on a different floor. This floor is equipped with a gym which includes a multi gym exercise machine, exercise bike, skipping rope and yoga mat. Glass doors lead onto a roof terrace furnished with a daybed and telescope, perfect for those wanting a bit of privacy, to soak up the panoramic sea and mountain views, or for a spot of star gazing,

Bedroom 1 – Twin en-suite shower room, single beds, doors leading onto ground floor terrace, stunning sea and mountain views.

Bedroom 2 – Double bedroom, king size bed, adjacent shower room, doors leading onto ground floor terrace, stunning sea and mountain views.

(Bedrooms 1 & 2 are on the ground floor).

Bedroom 3 – Master double en-suite shower room with bathtub with picture window, king size bed, furnished balcony with stunning sea and mountains views.

Bedroom 4 – Large double en-suite shower room, king size bed, balcony with stunning sea and mountain views.

Bedroom 5 – Twin en-suite shower room, single beds, with mountain views.

Bedroom 6 – Twin bedroom, single beds, gym, access to roof terrace with stunnning sea and mountain views (please note bedroom 6 does not have a bathroom on this level).

Outside – Villa Tranquility

The huge terrace with impressive freshwater pool measures 15 x 6m (1.5m deep), has walk-in roman steps and is undoubtedly a key feature of this property. Sun loungers, parasols and a rattan swing chair adorn the pool, and there are several sunny and shady areas around the pool and garden to relax and take in those magnificent views. Under the grapevine canopy there is a BBQ and dining table and chairs for an alfresco dining experience. A table tennis table can also be found in the garden for all to enjoy.
