Villa Turquoise is a luxury 4-bedroom property with heated pool, situated in an elevated position in Kalamar Bay. With stunning views overlooking the turquoise waters of the beautiful Bay out to Mouse and Snake Islands, villa Turquoise is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday.

The Villa is just a 5-minute stroll to the Kalamar Beach Club, which offers a variety of water activities, perfect for the young at heart, and an opportunity to swim in the calm warm waters of Kalamar Bay. Ideal for families with children and larger groups, looking for beautiful places to relax in.

A 5 minute taxi ride brings you into the historic harbour town of Kalkan. The quaint centre is a treasure trove of narrow streets, whitewashed Ottoman style houses and cobbled streets. with an abundance of interesting shops, sophisticated restaurants, stylish bars and cafes.

Ground Floor – Villa Turquoise

Upon entering the villa, the ground floor has a spacious open plan living area with a sunken sitting room, kitchen, dining area and study. There is plenty of comfortable seating, plus an open wood burning fire for the cooler months, a large flat screen TV with DVD player. Floor to ceiling folding doors capture that stunning view and lead directly onto the pool terrace and outdoor seating area.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and includes granite work tops with a breakfast bar and high stools, an American style fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, water dispenser and Nespresso Coffee Machine (please bring your own pods).

Just off the sitting room is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. French doors lead from the bedroom directly out to the pool and terrace.

The ground floor also has a separate WC cloakroom.

First Floor

On the first floor are three spacious bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms and private balconies overlooking Kalamar Bay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and large en-suite shower room.
The other two bedrooms on the first floor both have twin beds that can be made up as king size beds on request. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the other has an en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, dressing tables, and hairdryers.

Top Floor

On the top floor you will find a large kosk (Turkish) seating area with stunning uninterrupted views overlooking the sea and mountains. It is an ideal space for an early evening drink watching the sun go down. There is a small kitchen with a fridge and sink, plus plug sockets for music systems. There is also a WC cloakroom.

Outside Villa Turquoise

The pool terrace leads around the entire villa. Tranquil and attractive gardens with colourful and fragrant plants offer areas of sun and shade throughout the day where you can escape the midday sun. There are several seating areas around the villa and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, mattresses, bean bags and oversized pillows to be used around the pool. There is also a stone-built BBQ outside dining table and chairs plus off-road parking for up to two cars.
