Villa Waterfall 1 is a striking building positioned at the top of Kalkan in the lower Kiziltas area.

The villa is open-plan, light and spacious. The open-plan living room and kitchen on the ground floor are flooded by light from the floor to ceiling windows which frames the view over the pool terrace perfectly.

Large sliding doors open out onto a spacious pool terrace with an pool. This terrace is ideal for enjoying a BBQ with wonderful sea and mountain views and ample space is provided for dining, soaking up the sun or lounging on the swing chair. There is also a separate jacuzzi pool.

The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms, one on the ground floor and four on the upper floors. A spiral staircase connects the ground and upper floors.
