Ground Floor – Villa White Smith

With open plan living and a cool feel, the fully fitted modern kitchen incorporates an integrated electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle and Turkish toaster. There is an indoor dining area with table and 6 chairs plus highchair, and adjacent is a comfortable lounge with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table  and smart TV. Sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace and a shared furnished sea view balcony.

A double en-suite bedroom can also be found on this level, has a large jacuzzi and sea views. This room also has access onto a furnished balcony with good sea views.

On this level there is also a guest WC, and utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Lower Ground Floor – Villa White Smith

Stairs lead down from the lounge to a rather unique area which incorporates an indoor pool measuring 9 x 4m (1.4m deep), sauna, Turkish bath, and pool table. The indoor pool area is furnished with two sun loungers and four armchairs and overlooks a garden area. A great space for all the family to relax particılarly in the cooler months of the year. Heating of this pool is available free of charge from October to April. For heating charges for other months please ask for details.

Also on this level are 2 further en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Both have floor to ceiling glass doors which have direct access to a shared terrace with views across Kalkan and table tennis..

Sliding doors from the living space lead onto the outdoor pool terrace which features a private pool with step access measuring 11.5  x 3.7m (1.5m deep) and a separate jacuzzi/children’s pool 2 x1i5 m, depth 50cm. The terrace is well equipped with 6 sunbeds, side tables, comfortable seating, a swing seat for 2 people, and great sea views. There is also a covered pergola, portable BBQ and an outdoor shower. This is a great family villa or for those wishing to get away from it all and to enjoy all the amenities that Villa White Smith has to offer.

There is off road parking for 1-2 cars.

Due to the location of this villa, it may be unsuitable for the those with walking difficulties. Car essential.
