Villa Yagmur is a charming holiday villa located in a peaceful area surrounded by olive trees in Kalkan’s Kördere district with distant sea views. The villa has a capacity to accommodate up to 4 people in its two bedrooms and boasts a secluded outdoor pool, ensuring a peaceful and private swimming experience. Thanks to the indoor and heated pool in the villa, guests can continue to enjoy a swim while it’s raining outside and still enjoy their  holiday.  In addition to the outdoor and indoor pools,  Villa Yagmur offers luxurious facilities such as a sauna,and Jacuzzi.

The villa has wi-fi internet, is fully air-conditioned and has on street parking adjacent to the villa. The nearest supermarket is approximately 650 metres from the villa.

Ground Floor – Villa Yagmur

The ground floor level of Villa Yagmur boasts a large open-plan area that combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. This space is illuminated by natural light that flows through sliding glass doors, which also offer direct access to the pool terrace and the outdoor dining area. The living room is tastefully decorated and features a large comfortable sofa and two armchairs, a large smart TV, and a coffee table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven, Turkish coffee machine and kettle and has an adjacent dining table, which comfortably seats six.

There is also a cloakroom on this floor.

First Floor  – Villa Yağmur

Villa Yagmur’s  two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin, are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms have furnished balconies with views across olive fields and distant sea views. The indoor pool is accessed from the spacious master bedroom by means of sliding glass doors. This pool is 5 x 3 metres and has a depth of 1.2 metres, and can be heated in the low season for an additional charge – please ask for details.  A circular jacuzzi bath provides an additional feature to the indoor pool room.

Bedroom 1 – Double en-suite shower room, king size bed, wardrobe with full-height mirrored doors, dressing table with mirror, air-conditioning. Direct access to the indoor poolroom through glazed sliding doors. Furnished sea view balcony.

Outdoors – Villa Yagmur

Villa Yagmur has a large infinity pool 12 x 4 metres in dimensions and a depth of 1.6m with ladder access. The pool has an additional area which extends under the upper floor of the villa of  7 x 4 metres. Four sun loungers and a large parasol provide the setting for sunbathing in complete privacy.  Located under a shady pergola a  comfortable seating group with an adjacent built-in BBQ doubles up as an alfresco dining area.
