The second bedroom, located on the western side, is another sea-view en-suite double room featuring a double bed, dressing room, wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity table, and air conditioning. 

The third bedroom is a twin room furnished with two single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity table, and air conditioning. A separate family bathroom with bathtub, shower cabin, and WC is also located on this floor.

The top floor features an impressive attic-style master suite with high ceilings and breathtaking sea views across Kalamar Bay. 

This spacious en-suite bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity table, TV, air conditioning, bathroom, and WC. The suite also has access to two private roof terraces. One of the terraces features a built-in BBQ and comfortable seating area, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the panoramic coastline views.

Outdoors – Villa Yuksel 

The villa’s outdoor living areas have been designed to maximise the spectacular sea views and Mediterranean lifestyle. 

The spacious pool terrace features a private infinity swimming pool measuring 9 x 4 metres with a depth of 1.55 metres. The terrace includes sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating areas, al-fresco dining table, BBQ, swing chair, and a shaded pergola lounge area overlooking Kalamar Bay.
