Water’s Edge Villa 1 is a luxurious 6-bedroom villa, set within extensive grounds featuring a large infinity pool that can be heated during the cooler months. The villa enjoys a fabulous sea front location (rare in Kalkan) situated in a quiet part of Kalamar Bay with its own beach club style bathing platform and direct access to the sea.

The property is part of a development that includes a 4 bedroomed villa and a 2 bedroomed villa. All three can be booked together (subject to availability) if required. Ideal for larger families or groups of friends. Each villa shares a split-level bathing area by the shore and have their own designated platform with ample sun loungers. There are shared steps that go down into the sea.

Ground Floor – Water’s Edge Villa 1

On this floor the large open plan living/kitchen areas benefit from floor to ceiling windows with spectacular sea views and access to the pool terrace.

The sleek modern kitchen area is extremely well-equipped and includes oven/hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery and utensils, fridge freezer and large dining table that comfortably seats 12 guests.
The living area is bright and spacious with plush comfortable seating, a large wide coffee table and flat screen smart TV.

Just off the living area you will find two spacious en-suite bedrooms, one twin and one double, with built-in wardrobes, large mirrors and vanity stations. Both bedrooms are located at the rear of the property.
There is a separate WC on this level and a marble staircase leads to the bedrooms on the first floor.

First Floor

There are four spacious en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, all with built-in wardrobes, large mirrors and vanity stations. Two of the double bedrooms on the first floor share a large furnished balcony with stunning views across the Bay. The other two bedrooms on the first floor (one twin and one double) face the rear of the property and each have a door leading to a balcony with seating.

Outside

The impressive outdoors is great for all the family, both young and old alike. The good-sized infinity pool has luxury sun-beds which adorn the sea view terrace, or you can relax on the beach club style bathing platform that is accessed by steps down to the sea front.

A comfortable shaded seating area is an ideal place to sit and enjoy the evening sunsets, or join in on a game of table tennis for some friendly competitions. For dining, there’s a table and 10 chairs for those wonderful al-fresco meals plus a stone-built BBQ. The finishing touches include a lush grass covered garden area with Mediterranean planting, perfect for the younger ones to play on.
