Water’s Edge Villa 3 is a luxurious 2-bedroom villa, featuring a good-sized infinity pool that can be heated during the cooler months. The Villa enjoys a fabulous sea front location (rare in Kalkan) situated in a quiet part of Kalamar Bay with its own beach club style bathing platform and direct access to the sea.

The property is part of a development that includes a 6 bedroomed villa and a 4 bedroomed villa. All three can be booked together (subject to availability) if required. Ideal for larger families or groups of friends. Each villa shares a split-level bathing area by the shore and have their own designated platform with ample sun loungers. There are shared steps that go down into the sea.

Relax and enjoy the good-sized infinity pool with walk in steps and luxury sun-beds that adorn the sea view pool terrace, or the beach club style bathing platform that is accessed by steps down to the sea front.

A comfortable shaded seating area is an ideal place to sit and enjoy the evening sunsets. For dining, there’s a table with 4 chairs for those wonderful al-fresco meals.
