Water’s Edge Villa 6 is a luxurious studio style accommodation for 2 people. The property is part of a new development housing 6 luxurious villas, ranging from 6 bedrooms to 1 bedroom which can be booked together (subject to availability) for larger families or groups of friends.  

Each villa shares a split-level bathing area on this fabulous sea front location (rare in Kalkan) situated in a quiet part of Kalamar Bay and have their own designated platform with ample sun loungers. There are shared steps that go down into the sea. 

Ground Floor – Water’s Edge 6 

This elegant open plan accommodation benefits from floor to ceiling windows with spectacular sea views and access to the pool terrace. 

The modern kitchen area is extremely well-equipped and includes dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, fridge freezer.  

A small circular dining table that comfortably seats 2 guests and flat screen smart TV. 

The bedroom area within the room has a large king size bed, dressing table, armchair and free-standing wardrobe.  The en-suite shower room has a stone bowl basin and a WC.  There is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. There are sliding doors to access the pool terrace. 

Outside – Water’s Edge 5 Villa 

Relax and enjoy the plunge pool with walk in steps and luxury sunbeds that adorn the sea view pool terrace, or the beach club style bathing platform that is accessed by steps down to the sea front. 

NB: The pathway to the beach platforms is quite steep therefore may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues 

A comfortable shaded seating area is an ideal place to sit and enjoy the evening sunsets. For dining, there’s a table with 2 comfortable chairs for those wonderful al-fresco meals.
