As you enter Wishes Town House it opens onto an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a beautiful mix of white plastered and stone walls. There is a stylish kitchen which features an island with integrated gas hob and breakfast bar with 4 stools. The well-equipped kitchen includes a range of modern appliances including integral electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. There is also a dining table with seating for 8 guests.

The comfortable lounge includes an L-shaped sofa, armchair, coffee table, plus a large flat screen TV.

On the lower ground floor there are 2 double en-suite bedrooms. A washing machine is neatly stashed beneath the stairs and a glass door leads out onto a pleasant communal courtyard area that has steps leading up from the street.

There is a large landing area on the first floor which features a pleasant seating area. On this level there are 2 further double en-suite bedrooms, and both have Juliette balconies.

Outside – Wishes Town House

From the first floor a staircase leads up the villa’s roof terrace which has picturesque views over Kalkan Old Town, the harbour and out to sea. The owners have added a wonderful jacuzzi, positioned to make the most of the views – there can be few ways to enjoy the renown Kalkan sunsets than sitting in a bubbling jacuzzi with your favourite sundowner. A cushioned sofa seating set together with a swing set can be found on the roof terrace, together with a selection of sunbeds to make the most of the all day sunshine.

From the ground floor, a sliding door leads out on the courtyard-style pool area. The terrace surrounding the pool has 6 sun loungers with parasols, a double swing seat & dappled shade areas. The pool measures 5 x 4m, 1.65 deep – a generous size for a property in the heart of the old town.
